Had an nice & very comfortable hajj with the carvan trevle of New Jersey absolutely no problem so ever in anywhere during the hajj process there were about 5 or 6 group was came from the different state atmosphere was very normal with no tensed no fight at all there service was outstanding for all the Haji except some very minor fender bender which is very normal for this type of the geathring & it's never a big issue the owner of the company along with his two sons was slightly strict & little rud but they have too otherwise the managing the group get hard & mismanagement gets easy
So I don't think they did anything wrong with anyone they are nice people & they treating like an Famaily..
