this place is HORRIBLE! they made them too wide, too thick. left a whole bunch of acrylic in between the nail and my finger it actually hurt. i told them how i wanted my nails several times, but they did it how they wanted. i ended up going down the street to Nail Studio. they were so nice, better quality and cheaper!
They're the only nail salon I'll go to. Very clean, and the people there are always so polite. They do a great job, and the nails last a long time.
overall staff are friendly with the exception of they don't know how to do nails. my nails have been butchered. Unevenly filed, over filed, they don't know how to do designs some if them don't even know how to do the simplest designs, polish is filled with air bubbles, let alone I had a nail repair done with a tip put on backwards, needless to say from all of the over filing my nails are hurting and surrounding skin is swollen.. I would have rathered went and payed $80 knowing I am getting proper well done quality service rather than $40 for scrappy service. I had a perfectly great set ruined in 2 hours by some other place. if I could give this place less than 1 star I would. so now I have to go get my nails redone from square one new set new everything and pay another $60 for someone else to fix someone else's mistake So I'd love this to thank this salon for butchering my nails and I sure as hell won't be coming back. I really should report them to state boards. although many don't know what that is, they are the people who issue COSMETOLOGY certification. I would never recommend this place in a million years.
